How do I know how many characters I have remaining?

At which point in time can I cancel my subscription?

You have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Once the current billing cycle ends, your subscription won't renew and you'll revert back to the Free tier.

What happens to my unused characters at the end of the month?

Characters that are not used within the month won't carry forward to the following month. With every renewal of your subscription, your character count is refreshed.

But, if you decide to move to a more advanced plan, the remaining characters from your prior plan will be added to your next billing period.

How can I lower the API streaming latency?

To decrease the initial audio byte latency to 850ms (when accessed from the US), incorporate the optimize_streaming_latency=[optimization_level] parameter into your streaming TTS endpoint.

Set the optimization_level as an integer between 0 and 4.

What is Professional Voice Cloning?

Professional Voice Cloning (PVC) differs from Instant Voice Cloning (IVC), which quickly clones voices from brief samples. PVC focuses on creating a highly realistic voice model by training extensively on a vast dataset, resulting in a voice clone nearly identical to the original.

Since these custom models undergo rigorous fine-tuning, it takes time before your voice clone is accessible. The exact duration is hard to pinpoint due to factors like the waiting queue. However, a ballpark figure is around 2-4 weeks, given that we process the model at least monthly based on demand. While we aim to complete it sooner, this is a general estimate.
